Chef Marc Vetri, celebrated Philadelphia restaurateur, visits with our budding young chefs at the CGI Vetri Chef Academy. Campers experienced a hands-on culinary exploration under the direction Chef Vetri. Some of Chef Vetri’s numerous awards include: The Philadelphia Inquirer’s highest restaurant rating, named one of Food & Wine magazine’s “Ten Best New Chefs” in 2005, and won the James Beard Award for “Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic.”
